Current open positions are listed below and are updated as MMCC’s staffing needs change.
We recruit based on our specific needs and we do not run general open allocation for any medical personnel.
Doctors
Surgeon: With experience and skills in general surgery. Interested in long term ministry and eventual department leadership.
Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/ pediatric Doctors: With experience and a desire to teach and train in our Family Medicine Residency program and our Jr. and Sr. Attending doctors program.
Nurses
Operating Room/ surgical Nurse/s: With hospital experience and a desire to teach and train nurses.
Nurse/s: With inpatient floor experience and a desire to mentor, teach and train.
Nurse Anesthetist/anesthesiologist (CRNA advanced practitioner): Will help provide anesthesia during surgery, and work heavily on a training program to teach Cambodian nurses in anesthesia.
Clinical Skills Lead (nurse educator): Experienced clinician with teaching experience, will grow our skills lab and education department.
Lab Technician or Lab Scientist
Lab Technician or Lab Scientist: With experience and a desire to teach and train. Will work with an existing team of Khmer lab technicians to improve systems, teach skills and expand services.
Pharmacist
Pharmacist: With experience and a desire to teach and train. Will work with an existing team of Khmer pharmacists to improve systems, teach skills and expand services.
English Teachers
English teachers: Must hold TESL or TESOL certification and a willingness to learn some medical language for teaching our Khmer doctors and nurses. They will work with our English Program Director to teach small classes and/or tutor staff. Mid-term positions (1-2 years) would spend 2-4 months in language and cultural studies. Longer term (3-5 year positions or longer) would complete higher levels of language and cultural studies.
Teachers
Teachers: For our Missionary Kids Learning Center (School). 1-2 years or more. Will apply with Asian Hope. Contact crogers@asianhope.org or npon@asianhope.org for more information.
Bible Teachers
Bible Teacher: MMCC is launching a Holistic Healthcare Training Center. We have national attending doctors, nurses, counselors and chaplains who are able to teach at the center. But we need a strong Bible teacher to help disciple and equip national chaplains and bible teachers for better grounding theologically. As with all of our positions, language school and proficiency will be required.
